Glenn is extremely focused and committed to see me achieve my fitness goals. He brings high energy levels and a lot of positivity into his sessions. Every session is highly customized to meet my needs. Prior to learning a new move, he demonstrates the exercise, explains what muscles its designed to target and so on. I then have his undivided attention when he monitors me closely for the correct form, thereby giving me complete confidence to workout without the fear of an injury. Each session is different and more challenging than the previous one, but yet I have fun, leave empowered, having been inspired to exceed my own expectations. We have an assessment session after the workout where he reviews the workout and gives a preview of what's coming up next.
I have been having knee issues for a few years, hence the initial few months of my program were solely focussed on my rehab. The knee issues are literally non existent now. The subsequent workouts have resulted in a considerable difference in my strength, stamina, and tone, not to mention a significant weight loss.
As nutrition is a key component, we sit down every week and go over my weekly food log where he positively motivates me to eat healthier, providing suggestions for improvement and recipe ideas.
In addition to all of the above, he also recommends and provides reading and listening materials for self improvement--resources I did not know existed and that have changed my perceptions and resulted in increased self confidence.
He genuinely cares about my over all well being, both inside and outside the gym. Whether I have a question, need advice or guidance, Glenn is just a 'text away'. He takes the time out of his hectic schedule to make sure I am alright. The journey to a fitter me has been challenging and by far the hardest thing I have ever done, but I consider myself very lucky to have Glenn there with me, every step of the way.
I haven't seen any other trainer put in as much effort or dedication for the overall wellness of a client. If you are looking for a life/wellness coach- Glenn is definitely the best there is.

Glenn is fantastic. I have been working with him for the last 36 months (3 days a week). During this time we have progressed from novice development to fat loss exercises to very advanced periodized strength and hypertrophy programming. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a high energy level and is always on time. As a client of Glenn's, I can truthfully say that his guidance has brought me to a level that i never thought i would reach. Before I met Glenn I thought I knew the ins and outs of weight training. I had been doing it for 10 years and didn't think there was anything more to learn. Little did i know, thanks to Glenn's tremendous guidance, my knowledge was extremely minimal. Since the time I met Glenn, I have learned more than I could even imagine. I have blown through plateaus that I thought were insurmountable. He has truly been a mentor.
In addition to being the most knowledgeable trainer (by far) that I have ever been around, he is an even better person. The thing I noticed most about Glenn, is that as hard as he trains his clients, he works just as hard to develop a relationship with each and every one of them as well. He truly cares about making every single person that walks in the gym, a better person when they walk out. There is no such thing as "going through the motions" with him. He busts my butt during the workout, and we laugh about it afterwards.
I am extremely thankful for meeting Glenn as his combination of hard work, knowledge, and concern for surpassing my own personal goals as if they were his own, is unmatched. I look forward to what he will teach me tomorrow, the next day and in the years to come.

Glenn is very committed to his personal training profession.
He worked with me gradually to prepare my body. He showed tough love to help me overcome my procrastination and fear. I am 46 and when I saw my metabolic age it was 39. This was after working with Glenn for a while. I was happy.
But then Glenn gave me a package of workout routine combined with diet. He challenged me to follow it. I did for two months. Now my metabolic age is 31 in the same machine I measured before.
I am glad I found someone whom I can trust and whose experience can add value to me.

If you dream it, you can do it", he says! There is a definite mind/body connection and Glenn taps into it; which most trainers don't. Glenn is the epitome of someone who loves their work!!! He eat, breathes, lives his work! For him the satisfaction is in the transformation of both mind and body. I am a 53 year, menopausal female, single mom of a young one, with many health issues:
a) pre-diabetic
b) pre-hypertensive
c) 2 slip spinal discs
d) torn hip tendon
e) torn ankle ligament
f) constant fatigue
g) morbidly obese [of course that is what the doctors tell me – but I am a skinny girl caught in a fat woman's body]
h. bad acid reflux
i) torn meniscus in right knee
Glenn and I have worked together over a 1.5 year period with my having to quit for finiancial reasons. He pulled me back in and we have been going at it 3X a week but intensely for the last 4 months and so incredibly proud and happy to say that I have the strength of 10 moms put together, no longer suffering with that 3pm slump where I would pile on the caffeine and sugar to keep awake. Or even at night barely able to keep my eyes open. And we did this WITHOUT the benefits of running, jumping or squatting; I couldn't because of my many injuries.
THE TRANSFORMATION:
